This buckling is now available. "Judd" was born 4/21/21. He's a beautiful blue-eyed, polled,
buckskin. He's a super nicely built dairy buck with excellent width between the hocks and throughout his body. He's long bodied and long necked with nice space between the ribs! This buck is so lovely and we are really excited about him! He's very friendly and well socialized while also bringing a very strong set of genetics to the barn.
His dam is a first freshener and is currently on DHI 305 day milk testing. This far, she has peaked at 3.8 pounds of (more if we didn't have a spill on test day) milk and 5.0 of butterfat. However, she is still early in her lactation. She is a really nice doe and surprised us by being our most beautiful doe in milk this season. This guy has so much show and L.A. potential. His milk production potential is there too! He was a set of twins and we are retaining his sister.
On his sire's side, his sire's dam is a 1450 pound milker placing her in the top 1 percent for her P.E. ranking.
We have great expectations for this buck kid and his future kids!
All of our kids are dam raised.
This buck is registerable with ADGA/AGS.
Our herd has been tested and is clear of CL, CAE and Johnes.
If you would like more info regarding his genetics. Let us know. We would be happy to visit with you! We are working hard at building a beautiful foundation in our dairy herd and spend extensive time daily caring for each of our animals in a holistic manner. Now is a wonderful time to start a herd or add better genetics to your established herd.
Cash or a personal check that clears before your pick up time are acceptable forms of payment.
Transport may be arranged with us. We do not transport any goats by air, but can make available to you a transport option for a fee depending on your location.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale without explanation at any time, but in the event that would happen we would refund any money that has been exchanged to that point.
All of our kids are sold as healthy at the time they leave our farm but we cannot guarantee their future health, height, show quality and/or milk production potential. However, we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase!
We love our herd and want to encourage you to consider adding Nigerian Dwarf goats to your farm if you don't have them already.
I apologize for only having one photo of him listed. I was having trouble getting the others to load properly. However feel free to ask for more photos and I would be happy to send them to you.
